This board is inspired by all the great hotdog surfers in the 1960s, particularly the surfing of Phil Edwards, Miki Dora, Nat Young and other greats. The board features a classic pig template, 50-50 rails and light bottom roll. I made myself a 9'5 and it has become one of my favorite boards. I can make this board with a thicker or thinner foil depending on whether you intend to surf it traditionally with a glass on D-Fin or as a transition-era board with a Greenough style flex fin in a box.
